Marketing and management agency Creating Excellence has launched the Fit For Business accreditation scheme to encourage healthier workplaces and workforces in the UK.
The national scheme aims to support and recognise organisations which take action to become more active, raise awareness of workplace well being, promote healthy eating choices and create a smoke-free environment.
The programme is based on a Think Fit Tool Kit designed by the British Heart Foundation and requires companies to maintain a portfolio of activities showing good practice. Details: www.fitforbusiness.org.uk
