Training provider Fitness Wales is to host a series of one-day Fitness On Tour workshops during October and November.
Aimed at fitness professionals and enthusiastic amateurs, the workshops will be led be Ceri Hannan, a former British Aerobic Champion and Suzie Hopkins, the 2005 Fitness Wales Instructor of the Year.
Each workshop will include four sessions covering aerobics, body conditioning and stretching, as well as ‘Tapas’ taster sessions of high-energy routines such as cardio kick and salsa.
