New members of LivingWell health and fitness clubs will get their money back if they don’t see results in 12 weeks as part of a new campaign launched by the company.

Launched this month, the LivingWell Promise offers new members a personal exercise plan created by a qualified fitness coach, which works towards a realistic set of goals agreed with the member.

The LivingWell team will support the member throughout the 12-week programme with plenty of advice and encouragement, said managing director, Patrick Fitzgibbon.

“We are committed to providing our members with an unrivalled service and are dedicated to helping them to become fitter and healthier through exercise.

“We are confident that they will see and feel the benefits after 12 weeks,” he said.

Members will be expected to follow the exercise plan for 12 weeks, visiting the club at least twice a week. If they fail to see the results promised by the company, LivingWell will return all membership dues in full.

As well as a money-back guarantee, members who join before the end of January can also take advantage of a New Year, New You offer, entitling them to £50 worth of LivingWell vouchers or a membership of £35.
