Resolution Property and Vinyl Factory have formed a consortium called Marshall Street Regeneration to restore Marshall Street Baths in Westminster, London, UK.
The developers propose to restore the pool and changing facilities of the Grade II listed 1920s building for public use by 2009.
The site will also feature a spa and leisure centre with a gym as well as studio space for the Shared Experience Theatre company.
The consortium is due to submit a planning application to Westminster City Council.
The facility was closed in 1997 for safety reasons and has since been featured on English Heritage’s Buildings at Risk register.
