Sasaki International has introduced a new vibration trainer from FLABéLOS.

Bringing with it a unique balance-training workout designed to improve posture, blood circulation, muscle strength and flexibility, it is claimed to provide all the benefits of a 40 minute workout in only ten.

Sasaki says that while whole body muscle movement is great for general good health and for losing weight, it requires a lot of energy and is usually reached through cv and aerobic exercise.

Using unique vertical whole body vibrations, benefits of the FLABéLOS system are reported to include muscle toning, improved muscle endurance and flexibility, and better stamina and blood circulation.

A high impact exercise system but with a low impact on joints, it also increases the metabolism - which helps to burn more calories - and provides a powerful cardiovascular workout.

Easy to operate and featuring a clear LED display panel, all three models in the collection - the P1, P2 and P3 - can be used in nine effective positions to tone every part of the body and have a wide range of speed levels.

The P3 also has a Body Mass Index Calculator and can be used at up to speed level 30 in manual mode.
