Software provider Gladstone Health and Leisure will have a hat-trick of launches at this year's Leisure Industry Week, including the first iPhone booking app for the health and fitness industry.

The iPhone app will allow members to make bookings via their phone, but will also offer additional publicity for operators as it will link to Facebook allowing members to tell all their friends what they've booked and where. The app will be fully branded for Gladstone customers and registered with the operators' name and logo in the Apple iPhone App Store.

The product is also fully integrated with the operators' back office and online booking system to avoid duplicate bookings. Gladstone will also be launching a Learn 2 Swim course management module to simplify the often complicated and time consuming swim school administration process.

Learn 2 Swim will allow operators to register people on courses, manage accreditation and ease the movement of pupils between the different swimming levels and stages, as well as access tailored reports. The company's third launch is to be the CRM tool Contact Manager, which will become a core part of Gladstone's Plus2 software.

It will administer the sales process from lead through to qualified prospect and ultimately to new member, allowing sales people to manage their prospects throughout the sales cycle and managers to produce sales forecasts and bookings reports.
