Legend signs 10-year contract with Serco
Legend Club Management Systems has signed a ten year contract with Serco Leisure, a trading division of Serco Plc.
The Legend solution, which comprises a complete suite of technical and business management systems, will be supporting Serco Leisure in its move to improve the efficiency of the service it offers to clients.
It was selected following a thorough pilot and evaluation period - during which extensive system enhancements were produced - and has led to the creation of an innovative system which it is said will optimise workflows and provide numerous operational efficiencies.
Keith Thomas, Managing Director for Serco Leisure, also pointed out that the system will enable the company to capture, analyse and report a wide variety of data, much of which information is increasingly required by local authorities in line with local performance measures and national PSA targets.
