New from Physical Company is its Synergy Eco Mat range.

The newly developed and patented TPE (Thermal Plastic Elastomer) foam mats contain no latex, PVC or rubber materials and are hypo-allergenic.

Both mats in the collection are certified free of all toxic substances and are 100 per cent recyclable.

They naturally provide excellent traction and even when wet give the user a skid-less surface to avoid injury. Both come with an inner cotton layer that helps to stop the mat from stretching and slipping.

The closed cell structure of the mats prevents the absorption of sweat or other liquids, the material helping to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungus often seen in high humidity environments, thus making them ideal for class environments.

The Synergy Eco Mats come in two thicknesses, 3.5mm and 6.5 mm, making them ideal for Yoga, Pilates or general aerobic work. Both measure 183cm x 61cm (72in x 24in) making them long enough to enable the user to be supported from head to toe. Colour options are blue and brown.

Also part of Physical Company's Eco mat range is the Flax Cotton Yoga mat.

This is made entirely from natural rubber, cotton and flax - all biodegradable materials - and is latex free, non-slip, abrasion resistant and shock absorbent. It can be easily cleaned using a damp cloth. As with the Synergy Eco Mats, it measures 183cm x 61cm (72in x 24in).
