Olympos focusing on retention
Two of Mid Sussex District Council's Olympos-branded fitness centres are to see the introduction of a new member retention programme.
At its Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill facilities the organisation will be utilising a package put together by The Retention People (TRP) which consists of a mix of software, consultancy and training.
The move is aimed at enabling staff at the centres to become more proactive with their members and thus helping to determine which are at highest risk of leaving.
Resources and staff expertise can then be focused on interventions designed to increase the number of members reaching their fitness goals and, in turn, improving membership retention.
Commenting on the new partnership, TRP Managing Director Alister Rollins said: "We believe in providing return on investment projections for all our clients and then working hard to achieve the results our clients expect. It's part of our 'proof, not promises' brand.
"We're very pleased to be working with the Olympos sites and look forward to producing results for them in the coming months."
CoursePro is a comprehensive, end-to-end sports course management system.
TRP’s software is designed to help gyms, leisure centres, and health and fitness clubs improve retention by improving their member experience.
The Fitronics team is sport, health, and fitness through-and-through; with many of our staff boasting a background in facility operations. This means we truly understand our customers' needs and challenges and can work closely with them to become an invaluable extension of their team.
