My-itrainer has been designed to help gyms and health clubs more easily retain clients who struggle to exercise regularly.

It's an online personal training service which allows club staff and trainers to keep in touch with clients when they can't make it to the gym.

After entering their personal information and fitness goals, clients have a personalised training programme and menu plan created for them, which they can then use whilst at home or travelling.

An animated character known as SADI (Show and Do It) is used to demonstrate the programmes.

The website was originally launched earlier this year but it has now been adapted for use by gyms and health clubs, with the ability of having a site's branding added to it.
