Andrea Bond, a founding director of personal training and sports massage therapy company Bond Fitness, has been with the big boys recently.

She was attached to her third consecutive UK-wide tour with the wrestlers from the American based WWE, travelling to a number of different venues in her capacity as sports massage therapist.

The London shows, held at the O2, were filmed live with some of the biggest names in WWE - such as 'Hacksaw'- being flown in from Florida especially for the event.

Bond Fitness itself was established in 2003 by Andrea and her husband Stephen and offers the direction and support required by anyone wishing to to be their own boss, operating their own personal fitness training business.

Each Bond Fitness trainer has exclusive rights to operate his or her own business in a specified area under the established Bond Fitness brand name. The company provides an initial comprehensive equipment package, training and ongoing support to each trainer.

Stephen and Andrea have worked to ensure the development of excellent working relationships with many industry experts, whose expertise stretches from web design, P.R., accounting, insurance and training to bio-mechanics, nutrition, physiotherapy and whole body vibration.

The package includes a wide variety of personal training equipment including fitness assessment pack, bosu balls, SAQ materials, body blades and more. Also supplied is a sports massage therapy couch and starter pack, training in localised marketing, running your own business, winning new clients and sports specific courses. A web based office solution is provided to assist with administration and bookings.

Trainers operate a leased van carrying the Bond Fitness livery, fully equipped for personal fitness training. The company provides national advertising, marketing, P.R. and assists in the generation of prospective clients. Advice and guidance with marketing will be offered to help generate local clients.

Bond Fitness charges a start up fee of £12,000 and there are ongoing fees to them of under £70 per week during the first year.
