Reflex Nutrition have launched a new radio station which is available via the internet providing gyms with the opportunity to listen to chart music accompanied by soundbites based on generic supplementation and training advice.

As a gym, all that is needed is a PRS licence and an ability to pipe the music into the gym from your computer. This is said to provide an ideal means of helping to educate the gym member in a relaxed and convenient way.

As well as tips on supplementation and training, the station will aim to bring you interesting interviews and downloadable documents to further develop your understanding.

Reflex® Radio Program Schedule

Daytime Show from 9am-6pm

The Reflex Radio Daytime Show, a mix of dance music with today’s Top 40, you’ll hear sports nutrition ‘info bites’ and other information with regards to exercise and nutrition.

The Workout Zone 6pm-10pm The Reflex Radio Workout Zone, four hours of dance music to get you in the workout groove.

The Night Time Zone 10pm-9am

The Reflex Radio Night Time Zone, chill out to some of the best tunes all night long.
