Xn Leisure Systems Limited has recently launched their new edict compliance management system.

edict is designed to regulate and monitor any business process, ensuring consistency and quality in the handling of standard in-house procedures including anything from facilities monitoring to membership sales. edict allows tasks to be targeted at individuals, teams or sites and monitors the completion of each task.

The core intelligence of the system is based around the concept of the ‘Pathway’. A Pathway is an entire business process, managed by edict from beginning to end. edict’s business rules engine accommodates every eventuality at each stage of the process ensuring that any obstacles encountered are dealt with and resolved efficiently.

Xn Leisure believes that one of the biggest benefits in using the system is the exception reporting functionality which alerts managers to any potential problems. This invaluable aspect of the system allows managers more time to focus on their work, safe in the knowledge that they will be alerted to any non-compliance issues should they occur, with enough time for them to respond.
